Air Fryer Salmon is a quick and easy weeknight dinner that I loved to make for my family. You only need a few ingredients that you probably already have in the fridge! It’s perfect for Paleo, low carb, Keto, and gluten-free diets!

If you want to add some sides to your salmon, you should try these tasty Air Fryer Cauliflower or Air Fryer Asparagus. Or you can just add some salad drizzle with balsamic vinegarette.

How Do You Cook Air Fryer Salmon with Crispy Skin?

First, let’s marinate the salmon. Mix up minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small mixing bowl. Massage it into the flesh and then let it sit in the fridge for 10 to 20 minutes. Brush off any excess rub before cooking.

Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes to 360°F. Place the salmon into the air fryer basket in a single layer, with the skin side facing down. Cook in batches if needed, depending on the size of your air fryer.

Do not be tempted to use foil on the air fryer basket as this will block the air circulation inside the air fryer. Cook for 10-13 minutes, depending on the thickness of the salmon and the doneness you preferred.

Once cook, slowly takes the salmon out from the basket and let it rest for a few minutes. Serve with your favorite side dishes.
