How to Cook Air Fryer Chicken Breast
Soak the chicken breasts in salt water for about 10 minutes. Remove the chicken from the brine and rinse it with water. Pat dry the chicken breasts.
Pour honey mustard sauce into a large bowl or large zip-lock bag, depending on preference. Add dried oregano, salt, and pepper to your liking (or preferred seasonings). Mix together well.
Take each slice of chicken and coat with the marinade. Make sure to completely cover each side of the chicken breast with sauce.
Place coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-18 minutes at 400F on one side, flip halfway through cooking time (it’s not necessary to add any oil but can add a small amount).
Once the air fryer chicken breasts are cooked, serve with your favorite sides dishes or vegetables. I like to serve mine with air fryer green beans.
