How to Cook Air Fryer Chicken Tenders?
This recipe starts by using an egg wash marinade mixed with garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a splash of oil. I suggest marinating the chicken in the egg wash for half an hour to an hour.
In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumb, cheese crackers, and Parmesan cheese, onion powder, and garlic powder together. Dredge the egg coated chicken in the breadcrumb/parmesan mixture, lightly pressing to evenly coat. Lightly season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spray the air fryer basket lightly with oil. Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer onto the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if required.
Cook for 15 minutes until the coating is golden brown and chicken is no longer pink. Once the air fryer chicken tenders are cooked, serve with homemade lemon and garlic butter sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.

In a small saucepan, add some olive oil and the minced garlic. Cook on a low heat until soft. Then add the white wine, increase the heat to medium, and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes until reduced by approximately 1/3.
Remove the pan from the heat and add the butter, stir to combine, then add the cream. Return the pan to the heat and stir until it begins to bubble. Remove from the heat and add the lemon juice and chopped parsley. Stir, taste the sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
