Looking for a quick and easy dinner idea? These air fryer beef kabobs are the perfect solution! They’re simple to make and taste delicious. Plus, they’re a great way to use up any leftover meat you might have.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO MAKE Air Fryer BEEF KABOBS
I make these kabobs in my Cosori 5-Quart Air Fryer. Besides, the air fryer these are the ingredients for making air fryer beef kabobs
INGREDIENTS:
Sirloin Steak: Using sirloin steak will give you a very juicy and delicious flavor. You could also use chuck steak, rump steak, or any other type of beef that you like. Just make sure it’s thinly cut into 1-inch cubes.
Bell Pepper: Any color of bell pepper that you like will be perfect. I am using green, red, and yellow.
Onions: I used red onions in this recipe, but you could use any type of onion that you like.
Marinade: For the marinade, you will need a combination of olive oil, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
How to BEEF KABOBS IN AIR FRYER?
Trim and Cut: Trim and cut the sirloin into 1-inch cubes.
Prep Vegetables: Cut the vegetables into 1-inch-sized pieces. This helps the vegetables to cook in time without overcooking the steak.
Season: Combine the sirloin steak along with the peppers, and onions together in a large bowl. Then add the marinade and cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or all the way up to 24 hours.
Skewer: Once the marinating is done, skewer the meat and vegetables till the stick is full. I usually do one piece of steak to one or two pieces of vegetables. You can do any combination to your liking.
Preheat: Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F. I always set my timer for 3 minutes, just to make sure it is fully preheated.
Arrange: Place the prepared skewers in the air fryer and brush with olive oil.
Cook: Cook the kabobs for about 10 minutes. Flip them halfway through the cooking.
Serve: Once the air fryer beef kabobs are cooked, take them out of the air fryer and let them sit for 2-3 minutes before serving.
How Long To Cook Steak Kabobs In Air Fryer
How long you cook your steak kabobs in the air fryer will depend on how thick your steak is. I like to cook mine for 10 minutes, turning them once halfway through. This gives the steak a nice char on the outside while still keeping it nice and juicy on the inside.
What size Kabobs Skewers fit in an Air Fryer?
The size of your skewers will depend on the size of your air fryer. If you have a small air fryer, you’ll want to use small skewers. For my air fryer, I am using skewers that are about 6 inches long.
Tips For Perfect AIR FRYER Beef Kabobs:
- If you’re using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before using them.
- Cut the beef into even pieces so that it cooks evenly.
- Do not overcook the beef.
- Let the beef steak rest before serving to ensure that they are tender and juicy
