  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup Self raising flour
  • 1/4 tsp Baking powder
  • 1/3 cup Butter
  • 2/3 cup Caster sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 3 Overripe bananas
  • 2/3 cup Chopped walnuts

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 310°F.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the baking powder with the flour.
  • In a separate bowl cream the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy. Then add in egg and flour a little at a time. Stir in the mixture. Add in the remaining flour. Add in walnuts. Mix until even.
  • Peel the bananas and mash them up and also add them to your mixture. Mix until they are evenly mixed into the batter.
  • Grease a tin that will slot into the air fryer. Place the banana bread mix into the tin and cook for 25 minutes.
  • Once you remove the dough from the tin, if they are still moist on the bottom of the loaf, return to the air fryer and cook an additional minute or two until the bottom is cooked.
  • Transfer bread to a wire rack to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before turning out and slicing.
