Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries
These crispy air fryer sweet potato fries are so addictive, and you won't miss the grease. I promise you that the spice mix – cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper enhances the natural sweetness of the sweet potatoes.

Sweet Potato Fries:
- 2 Sweet potato medium size
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Sweet paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Avocado Ranch Sauce:
- 1 large Avocado skin removed, halved, and seeded
- 1/4 cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 clove Garlic finely grated
- 1 tsp White vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp Dried dill
- 1/2 tsp Dried chives
- 1/2 tsp Dried onion
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup Milk
Sweet Potato Fries:
Chop the two ends of the sweet potato and peel the skin off.
Cut it into 1/2-inch thick fries. You can adjust the thickness depending on your preferences.
Place the fries into a medium bowl. Add olive oil, cumin, and sweet paprika. Combine and coat the fries evenly.
Place them in a single layer into the air fryer basket
Cook for 14 minutes at 400°F, turn the fries halfway. You may need to adjust the timing depending on the thickness of the fries.
Once the fries are ready, sprinkle some salt and pepper to taste. Serve them with your favorite dipping sauce
Avocado Ranch Sauce:
In a food processor, combine avocado, yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, vinegar, parsley, dill, chives, onion, salt and, pepper. Pulse in short spurts until they combined.
Add a little milk until the desired consistency is reached
Cover and keep in the refrigerator. Serve chilled; consume within 3-5 days.
