Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cup Flour
  • 3 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Melted Butter
  • 2 1/4 tsp Dry Yeast
  • 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2 cup Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, add the flour, sugar, milk, egg, melted butter, and yeast. Mix and combine the ingredients.
  • Knead the dough on a work surface for 10 minutes. If you choose to use a stand mixer knead the dough on high for 3 – 4 minutes.
  • Now place the dough in a large greased bowl and cover it and let it rise for about 2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
  • Transfer the dough onto a floured surface. Punch and knead the dough. Then, roll out the dough to about 1/2 inch in thickness with a rolling pin.
  • Cut out the donut shapes with 2 different sized biscuit cutters.
  • After 30 minutes, preheat your air fryer to 350 °F. Once the air fryer has preheated, gently place the donuts into the greased basket and cook for about 4 minutes.
  • Dip the air fryer donut into the bowl of vanilla glaze and let them cool on the cooling rack.

Vanilla Glaze

  • In a large bowl, combine the powdered sugar, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
