  • Air Fryer


  • 15 ounce Chickpeas (1 can)
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  • Preheat the air fryer for 3 minutes at 380F.
  • Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Dry the chickpeas with paper towels. Dried chickpeas crisp up better.
  • Place the chickpeas into a bowl. Add some olive oil and the seasoning. Stir and coat the chickpeas evenly.
  • Next place the chickpeas into the air fryer basket. Cook for 12 to 14 minutes at 380F. Shake the basket a couple of times throughout the cooking process.
  • Remove the chickpeas from the air fryer when they are cooked to your liking, add more salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy.
