Marinade chicken fillets with egg wash mixed with garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, pepper and a splash of oil
In a shallow bowl, combine bread crumb, cheese crackers, and Parmesan cheese, onion powder, and garlic powder together.
Dredge the egg coated chicken in the breadcrumb/parmesan mixture, lightly pressing to evenly coat. Lightly season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spray the air fryer basket lightly with oil. Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer onto the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if required.
Cook for 15 minutes until the coating is golden brown and chicken is no longer pink.
Once the chicken tenders are cooked, serve with homemade lemon and garlic butter sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
