Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup White sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp Sea salt
  • 1 1/2 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, add the and beat with an electric mixer on medium to high speed for about 30 seconds.
  • Add the brown sugar, white sugar, baking soda, and salt. Beat the mixture for 2 minutes on medium speed.
  • Add in the egg and vanilla extract, beat until they combined.
  • Add flour, beating in as much as you can. Stir in any remaining flour and chocolate chips.
  • Cut a piece of parchment paper into the shape of the air fryer basket.
  • Scoop the cookie dough using a measuring spoon on to the parchment paper. Place the dough about an inch apart.
  • Slowly, transfer the parchment with the dough into the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if required.
  • Cook at 300°F for 8 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  • Remove the parchment to a wire rack to cool.
  • Repeat with the remaining cookie dough.
  • Serve with a glass of milk or a cup of coffee.
