Course Main Course
Cuisine American
- 1.5 pound sirloin
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 1 medium green bell pepper
- 1 medium yellow bell pepper
- 1 large red onions
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- salt and pepper to taste
Trim and cut the sirloin into 1-inch cubes.
Cut the vegetables into 1-inch-sized pieces. This helps the vegetables to cook in time without overcooking the steak
Combine the sirloin steak along with the peppers, and onions together in a large bowl. Then add the marinade and cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or all the way up to 24 hours.
Once the marinating is done, skewer the meat and vegetables till the stick is full. I usually do one piece of steak to one or two pieces of vegetables. You can do any combination to your liking.
Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F. I always set my timer for 3 minutes, just to make sure it is fully preheated.
Place the prepared skewers in the air fryer and brush with olive oil.
Cook the kabobs for about 10 minutes. Flip them halfway through the cooking.
Once the air fryer beef kabobs are cooked, take them out of the air fryer and let them sit for 2-3 minutes before serving.
