Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1.5 pound sirloin
  • 1 medium red bell pepper
  • 1 medium green bell pepper
  • 1 medium yellow bell pepper
  • 1 large red onions
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Trim and cut the sirloin into 1-inch cubes.
  • Cut the vegetables into 1-inch-sized pieces. This helps the vegetables to cook in time without overcooking the steak
  • Combine the sirloin steak along with the peppers, and onions together in a large bowl. Then add the marinade and cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or all the way up to 24 hours.
  • Once the marinating is done, skewer the meat and vegetables till the stick is full. I usually do one piece of steak to one or two pieces of vegetables. You can do any combination to your liking.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees F. I always set my timer for 3 minutes, just to make sure it is fully preheated.
  • Place the prepared skewers in the air fryer and brush with olive oil.
  • Cook the kabobs for about 10 minutes. Flip them halfway through the cooking.
  • Once the air fryer beef kabobs are cooked, take them out of the air fryer and let them sit for 2-3 minutes before serving.
