Firstly, place the pork chops in a medium bowl.
Add brown sugar, garlic, shallot, lemongrass, black pepper, dark soy sauce, fish sauce, and oil into the bowl.
Marinate the pork chops and keep them in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes. Lightly oil the air fryer basket.
Place the pork chops into the air fryer basket. Spray some oil onto the pork chops.
Cook for 7 minutes at 400°F. Once, done, open the air fryer basket and flip the pork chop and cook for another 5 minutes at 400°F.
Once the airfryer fried Vietnamese pork chop is ready, serve them with steamed rice and a fried egg.
