Air Fryer Fried Vietnamese Pork Chop

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices Pork chops
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Garlic chopped
  • 1 tbsp Shallot  chopped
  • 3 tbsp Lemongrass finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Firstly, place the pork chops in a medium bowl.
  • Add brown sugar, garlic, shallot, lemongrass, black pepper, dark soy sauce, fish sauce, and oil into the bowl.
  • Marinate the pork chops and keep them in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes. Lightly oil the air fryer basket.
  • Place the pork chops into the air fryer basket. Spray some oil onto the pork chops.
  • Cook for 7 minutes at 400°F. Once, done, open the air fryer basket and flip the pork chop and cook for another 5 minutes at 400°F.
  • Once the airfryer fried Vietnamese pork chop is ready, serve them with steamed rice and a fried egg.
