Remove the ham from the fridge and allow it to come to room temperature before cooking.
Next, prepare the glaze. In a saucepan, add the butter, brown sugar, honey, orange juice, and cinnamon. Whisk over medium heat until simmering. Set aside.
If the ham is not pre-sliced, score the ham with shallow 1/2-inch criss-cross cuts. Place 2 large sheets of foil into the air fryer basket and place the ham in the center.
Brush with some of the glazes over the top and around the sides of the ham. Cover the foil tightly.
Preheat the air fryer to 300°F. Place the ham into the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes at 300°F
After 15 minutes, carefully remove the air fryer basket and brush more glazes onto the ham. Cover the foil and cook for another 15 minutes at 300°F.
After that, remove the air fryer basket, and brush more glazes onto the ham. Place the air fryer basket back, and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes at 380°F.
Once cooked, let the air fryer ham rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
